Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
• Provide personalized skin consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products tailored to each client’s needs
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and industry best practices
• Engage clients through social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building community engagement
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client results and satisfaction while meeting sales goals
• Assist at the front desk by greeting guests, answering inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and product benefits for long-term results
• Stay current on industry trends

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician or massage therapist license
• Proven experience in performing advanced esthetic treatments including facial therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and body massage techniques
• Familiarity with salon software
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Experience in retail sales through product demos and upselling strategies that drive revenue while enhancing client satisfaction
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus
• Previous experience in a med spa or hospitality environment is highly desirable

Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
