Responsibilities

• Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and other esthetic services tailored to client needs
• Deliver therapeutic massage therapies such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual concerns, skin conditions, and treatment goals
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and self-care practices to enhance results
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and occupational health standards
• Document client treatments accurately, including notes on physiology, anatomy considerations, and medical terminology when applicable
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and exceptional customer service experiences

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist with active certification in both disciplines
• Proven experience in med spa or similar healthcare settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to skin health and massage therapy
• Skilled in patient service with a focus on attentive assessment and personalized treatment plans
• Experience performing deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy with a focus on pain management
• Familiarity with occupational health protocols and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with clients
