Duties

• Conduct skin analysis and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and satisfaction
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and uphold safety protocols during all procedures to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff
• Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and upselling services to enhance client results and business growth
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with the community to attract new clientele

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience in medical spa or med spa settings preferred
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments and team workflows effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations applicable to aesthetic procedures
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $29.98 per hour
