Licensed Esthetician (Medical Aesthetics)

A growing, client-focused medical aesthetics practice is seeking an experienced and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. We specialize in advanced, results-driven treatments and are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes while providing a high-end, personalized client experience.

This role is ideal for an esthetician who is confident working with medical-grade treatments, laser technologies, and building long-term client relationships through customized care.

What You’ll Do

Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including:

• Laser hair removal
• Hydrafacial and customized facials
• Chemical peels, including VI Peels
• Microneedling (with and without PRP), including Morpheus8 RF microneedling
• Dermaplaning and microdermabrasion
• Advanced laser treatments for skin rejuvenation and pigmentation, including Moxi and BBL (BroadBand Light)
• Conduct detailed client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare, post-treatment care, and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience
• Proactively recommend additional treatments and retail products
• Maintain and properly handle all equipment and supplies
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois Esthetician License (required)
• 2–5+ years of Med Spa experience required

Hands-on experience with:

• Laser hair removal
• Hydrafacial and advanced facials
• Chemical peels (VI Peel preferred)
• Microneedling and RF microneedling (Morpheus8 experience preferred)
• Dermaplaning
• Advanced laser platforms (Moxi and BBL experience preferred)
• Experience with body contouring devices is a plus
• Strong understanding of skin conditions and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for aesthetics and continuous learning
