Job Description

Glow Theory Dermatology & Aesthetic Studio is seeking an experienced Part-Time Aesthetician to join our physician-led dermatology and aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and experienced in delivering high-quality medical-grade facial treatments.

Schedule

• Tuesdays (required)
• Saturdays (required)
• Sundays (optional / as needed)

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic services including:
• Hydrafacial
• DiamondGlow
• Custom Medical-Grade Facials
• Chemical Peels
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and clinical protocols
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience aligned with a premium brand

Requirements

• Valid California Aesthetician License (required)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or dermatology practice
• Strong knowledge of skincare, acne, pigmentation, and anti-aging treatments
• Previous working expiriecne in Dermatology or Medspa practice
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
• Experience in a physician-led dermatology or medical aesthetics practice
• Confidence with patient education and skincare product recommendations

Compensation

• Competitive and based on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
