Duties

• Deliver professional skincare services including facials, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and eyelash extensions to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
• Perform nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct body waxing sessions with a focus on comfort and hygiene, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Provide expert makeup application for special occasions or daily wear, highlighting individual features.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to support their beauty goals.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and treatment areas after each service.
• Engage clients with excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.

Requirements

• Valid license as an Esthetician or Nail Technician in accordance with state regulations.
• (Optional) Experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage is preferred but not required—training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills for effective client consultations and product recommendations.
• Passion for continuous learning about new beauty techniques, skincare innovations, and retail opportunities.
