What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a current South Carolina Esthetics License
• Has strong facial and skincare expertise
• Is professional, polished, and client-focused
• Demonstrates excellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail
• Presents themselves confidently and professionally
• Has strong consultation, communication, retention, and rebooking skills
• Is passionate about continuing education and advanced skincare
• Works well independently while contributing to a positive team culture
• Is comfortable being featured in digital marketing initiatives, including social media content, educational videos, and promotional campaigns
• Is willing to partner with our marketing team to help grow their book of business through activities such as participating in photo and video shoots, encouraging client reviews and referrals, and occasionally representing Spa Azure at community events and wellness partnerships
• Bonus: Has an established local clientele and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
