Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician and Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert skincare treatments, deliver exceptional guest services, and promote our product lines through engaging sales techniques. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic services including waxing, makeup dermabrasion, eyelash extensions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, makeup application, and treatment options.
• Manage retail sales by upselling products and services effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations.
• Utilize salon management software such as acuity for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking.
• Engage with clients via social media management to promote services and build community engagement.
• Assist at the front desk with guest check-in/check-out processes and provide excellent guest services.
• Support management with inventory management, product replenishment, and promotional events.
• Demonstrate expertise in color theory
• Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes hospitality and personalized care.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a licensed esthetician with experience in cosmetology or related fields.
• Proven experience with management of salon or spa operations; familiarity with Acuity software preferred.
• Strong retail sales skills with an emphasis on upselling and product demos.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients on services and products.
• Ability to perform various beauty treatments such as makeup application, waxing, eyelash extensions.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols.
• Experience in Med spa environments or hospitality settings is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
