About Oasis Face Bar

Oasis Face Bar is not your typical spa. We've reinvented the facial experience with our open-concept facial bar, offering customized, results-driven skincare treatments in a fun, upbeat, and welcoming environment.

We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Licensed Esthetician who loves connecting with people and creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is confident recommending products and services, enjoys working toward goals, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.

Newly licensed estheticians are encouraged to apply. If you have a strong background in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, fitness, or membership-based businesses, we are willing to train the right person and help develop your esthetics skills.

What You'll Do

• Perform facial services and skincare treatments according to Oasis Face Bar standards
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from consultation to checkout
• Educate guests on skincare products, treatment plans, and home care routines
• Recommend retail products and service upgrades that support guest results
• Promote memberships and help guests understand the benefits of joining
• Encourage guests to pre-book their next appointment
• Build lasting relationships with guests and create loyal, repeat clientele
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and energetic culture
• Stay current on skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques

What We're Looking For

• Active Arizona Esthetician License
• Weekend availability is required
• Strong sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
• Team player who contributes to a supportive work environment
• Reliable, professional, and coachable

Experience Preferred But Not Required
