Esthetician (Growth Track to Lead Esthetician)

Job Summary

Redmint is seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to deliver elevated, results-driven facial treatments within our TCM-rooted wellness environment. This role is ideal for a practitioner who not only excels in technical execution, but also demonstrates strong ownership, professionalism, and the potential to grow into a Lead Esthetician position.

You will provide customized treatments while contributing to a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with Redmint standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide professional facial treatments including HydraFacial and Redmint-specific services in accordance with established protocols
• Perform thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, goals, and treatment plans
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service with strong facial massage and extraction techniques
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Recommend skincare products and services aligned with client needs and long-term results
• Educate clients on treatments, home care, and wellness practices
• Support team alignment by maintaining consistency in service quality and protocols
• Assist in onboarding and guiding new estheticians through shadowing and knowledge sharing
• Demonstrate leadership through accountability, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving on the floor
• Actively promote Redmint services, memberships, and retail offerings

Qualifications

• Valid California Esthetician license (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on esthetics experience
• Strong experience in advanced treatments including HydraFacial, peels, and facial massage techniques
• Proven ability to maintain high client satisfaction and retention
• Prior experience mentoring, training, or supporting team members is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and client service skills
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and detail
• Ability to work weekends and/or evenings as needed
• Interest or openness to holistic skincare and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is strongly preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
