Licensed Esthetician / Skin & Facial Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a licensed esthetician or facial specialist to lead and grow our in-house facial and skin treatment offering within a high-end fitness and wellness environment.

This is not a traditional spa role. You’ll be working inside a performance-driven, design-forward wellness space, serving clients who prioritize aesthetics, recovery, and longevity. You will have access to over 1500+ in-house clients and over 2500+ professionals in-building.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong book of business, expand their skillset, and grow within a premium brand.

Compensation & Structure

• $45–$70+ per session, depending on experience and service type.
• Paid per booked session (not hourly idle time)
• Tiered compensation structure based on:
• Services performed
• Session length
• Client upgrades / add-ons

What You’ll Do

• Perform:
• Customized facials
• Advanced skin treatments -- access to Osea Beauty products and training.
• Lymphatic facial massage
• Sculpting / lifting techniques
• Conduct microneedling treatments (if certified) *please specify
• Provide client consultations and personalized skincare plans
• Deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience
• Collaborate with the wellness team on:
• Treatment plans
• Service development
• Client outcomes

Products & Tools

• We partner with Osea and provide core backbar products
• Open to collaborating on additional tools, techniques, and product recommendations
• Willing to invest in equipment that enhances service quality and results

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Esthetician License (required)

Experience In:

• Facials and skin analysis
• Client consultation and treatment planning
• Creating a results-driven client experience

Preferred / Bonus Skills

• Lymphatic facial massage
• Buccal or sculpting facial techniques
• Experience with acne, anti-aging, and corrective treatments
• Background or interest in fitness, wellness, or recovery

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
