Responsibilities

• Perform the Tox treatments of face and body sculpting
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with retail sales by promoting Tox products and treatment packages that meet client goals
• Support team efforts through clear communication, teamwork, and ongoing professional development

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and warmly
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and engaging clients effectively
• Knowledge of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on benefits and usage
• Experience in retail sales to support business growth through product recommendations
• NJ Esthetician license required
