Position Overview

We are seeking talented Licensed Estheticians and Wax Specialist who are passionate about skincare, client results, and creating an elevated guest experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, service-driven, and motivated to build and maintain a strong clientele.

Ongoing training and support will be provided to help you grow your skills, increase revenue, and stay aligned with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient with full detail and thorough Full Body Waxing for both women and men
• Perform professional skincare treatments and/or lash services with excellence
• Customize treatments based on client needs and skin conditions
• Educate clients on skincare, home care, and treatment plans
• Recommend and sell retail products with confidence
• Rebook clients to support long-term results and retention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
• Uphold Kalani Day Spa service standards and protocols
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Must hold a valid California Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience preferred
• Established clientele preferred, but not required
• Strong retail sales and rebooking experience REQUIRED
• Motivated to grow and build a consistent client base
• Willingness to learn new techniques and treatments
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
