Licensed Esthetician / Wax Specialist – Part-Time

Crystal Rivers Massage Spa is a boutique luxury day spa located in Powder Springs, GA. We specialize in advanced skincare, body treatments, and holistic wellness in a serene and professional environment. We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and loves helping clients look and feel their best.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow with a boutique spa and build a steady clientele in a luxury setting.

Schedule Requirements

• As needed Friday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Every Other Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Additional hours may become available as the position grows.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services for face and body with precision and care - including Brazilian waxing.
• Perform basic lash, brow and facial services (lash extension, brow mapping, brow/lash lift/tint/lamination experience a plus)
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with Georgia state board and spa standards
• Provide client consultations, recommend aftercare, and suggest home skincare products
• Promote retail products that complement client treatments
• Maintain accurate service notes and client records
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment and uphold the spa’s professional reputation

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Esthetician License (must be current)
• Professional liability insurance (required)
• 1-2 years professional experience as an Esthetician, preferrably in a luxury spa setting
• Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and client confidentiality
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be available for all listed shifts

Preferred Skills & Certifications

Candidates with any of the following skills or credentials will receive priority consideration:

• Lash Extensions (Classic, Hybrid, or Volume)
• Laser Hair Removal Certification
• Brow Tinting, Sculpting, and Lamination
• Dermaplaning Certification or Experience
• Familiarity with Circadia, Skinscript, or other professional skincare lines
