With stunning locations and a reputation for exceptional client care, we are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Estheticians to join our growing team and step into leadership from day one.

What You’ll Do

As an Esthetician at Cienega Medical, you’ll be at the heart of the client experience. Your role will combine hands-on treatments with customer service, leadership, and team support. Duties include:

• Performing Hydrafacial, LightStim, VI Peel, clinical facials, body facials, and more
• Leading product knowledge and sales, particularly Skinbetter Science
• Serving as the first point of contact for clients—greeting, consulting, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience
• Conducting before & after photography and detailed skincare consultations
• Educating clients on our full treatment menu and product offerings
• Assisting nurses with treatments and client needs
• Supporting front desk operations: phone, chat, client intake, scheduling, and organization
• Maintaining treatment room and spa cleanliness, organization, and inventory
• Showing leadership through initiative: guiding clients confidently, helping train/support new staff, and stepping up to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• License: Must hold an active California State Board Esthetician License
• Schedule: Full-time, including weekends (Saturdays and Sundays)
• Commute: Ability to work across all three locations if required
• Qualities:
• Detail-oriented with an artistic, caring touch
• Outgoing, positive, and client-focused
• Prior med spa or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
• Confident communicator who makes every guest feel welcome
• Demonstrates leadership skills—takes ownership, inspires others, and maintains high standards of service and professionalism
