Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Licensed Esthetician who aligns with our company vibe—someone passionate about skincare, wellness, and providing next-level client care. This role is ideal for an esthetician who’s also interested in offering relaxation massage services (training provided if needed). If you love creating customized treatments and are eager to be part of a growing, dynamic team, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized facial treatments tailored to client needs

• Perform relaxation massage sessions (no deep tissue required)

• Offer body treatments such as scrubs and casual facial masks

• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations

• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space

• Build genuine relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician in the state of Ohio

• Interest or experience in relaxation massage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine, positive attitude with a focus on client care

• Team player who thrives in a supportive, laid-back environment

• Willingness to learn new techniques and grow with us

Compensation:

• 40%–50% Commission, based on experience
