We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. Lala Lash + Beauty Bar won Gold in 2025 St.Tammany‘s Best for Black Owned Business and Bronze for Waxing! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic services and a commitment to providing exceptional client care. As a Licensed Esthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and wellness of your clients through personalized treatments and services. This job position is only for Independent Contractors who are ready to grow and expand their business in an Esthetic Salon. Located in a perfect location! No hourly pay, weekly private suite rental only.

Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, lash extensions, make up and/or brow shaping.
• Provide advanced sanitation for each client.
• Utilize techniques you will be properly trained on to enhance all natural beauty.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Esthetician or similar role in a salon.
• Proficiency in work techniques based on your beauty specialties.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
• A valid esthetician license is required. If you are awaiting a pending license, you can still apply for the job.
