What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, laser services, and body contouring
• Conduct thorough consultations and design customized treatment plans based on client goals
• Maintain accurate client documentation and uphold the highest safety and compliance standards
• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and product recommendations
• Drive retail and service sales through trust-based client relationships
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional spa environment
• Support daily operations and collaborate with a team focused on performance and growth

What You’ll Bring

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa or medical spa setting
• Strong confidence in performing treatments, client education, and closing sales
• Professional presence with excellent communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
