Licensed Esthetician/Lash Artist/PMU Artist

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician, Lash Artist, and PMU (Permanent Makeup) Artist to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. In this multifaceted role, you will deliver exceptional aesthetic services, including skincare treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and permanent makeup procedures. Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, hydrodiamond treatments with a focus on safety and sanitation standards.
• Apply eyelash extensions with precision to achieve natural or dramatic looks tailored to each client’s preferences.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, and other hair removal services while maintaining strict hygiene protocols.
• Execute permanent makeup procedures including microblading and cosmetic tattooing, ensuring proper color theory application for natural results.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Assist in retail sales of skincare products and makeup items to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
• Uphold sanitation standards through proper sterilization of tools and equipment, adhering to all health regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment, listening attentively to client needs, and ensuring their comfort throughout treatments.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with certification in lash artistry or permanent makeup preferred.
• Proven experience performing eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermaplaning, hydrodiamond, facial massage or PMU
• Knowledge of color theory for cosmetic tattooing and makeup application techniques.
• Familiarity with infection control practices and sanitation procedures within a salon or medical spa setting.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.

Pay: $25.05 - $80.00 per hour
