Licensed Esthetician/Lash tech/Brow specialist

Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in beauty services and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and related beauty services.
• Provide additional beauty services as needed, including body waxing, or treatments.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and retail sales of beauty products.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license is required.
• Previous experience in eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Experience in body waxing is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene within the salon environment.
