Licensed Esthetician/room rent

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solo Esthetician to operate independently, you can have the room Sunday through Tuesday. You can do any services you want if you licensed for it. you will be providing high-quality skincare and beauty services in a private studio setting. You will be responsible for managing all aspects including client care, appointment scheduling, answering calls, product management, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of skincare and beauty services, including facials, waxing, chemical peels, galavanic machine, and other specialized treatments as per your expertise.
• Consult with clients to analyze skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and at-home skincare routines.
• Build and maintain strong customer service through personalized service and consistent follow-ups.
• Manage appointment scheduling, client records, and payments.
• Market your services through social media, promotions, and community engagement to grow your clientele.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and professional work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and tools, and handle retail sales to clients.
• Ensure timely renewal of all licenses, certifications, and insurance required to operate as a solo practitioner.

Requirements:

• Active state esthetician license and liability insurance.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing all aspects of a solo business.
• Proficiency with scheduling and payment software or tools.
• Passion for providing exceptional client service.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs.
• Have esthetician liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in advanced skincare treatments
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of holistic or wellness-focused skincare practices.
• Experience managing a private studio or salon space.

Compensation:

As a solo esthetician, you’ll operate independently, setting your own schedule. Income potential will depend on client volume, pricing, and the services you offer.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
