Skills & Qualifications:

• Sugaring or hard wax experience is a plus, but not required (we provide training!).
• A passion for making clients feel and look their best.
• NYS-issued Cosmetology, Esthetician, or Waxer license.

This role is best suited for someone who:

• Is reliable and punctual
• Works well in a fast-paced, structured schedule
• Is coachable and open to feedback
• Takes pride in speed, efficiency, and results
• Is confident communicating with clients and recommending services
• Must be available Thursday–Sunday (weekends required)

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform services (sugaring, brows, lash lifts, etc.)
• Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms
• Restock products and supplies as needed
• Support client retention through rebooking

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
