Licensed Esthetics Instructor

What Are We Looking For?

• Individuals who are passionate about educating, mentoring, motivating and coaching the next generation of beauty professionals
• Experience in positive and effective communication and professional development skills
• Professionals who have the ability to easily transition between classroom instruction and student spa clinic management
• Collaborative team players who value student success and community outreach
• Experienced salon/spa professionals with at least 2+ years of teaching preferred

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Cosmetology or Esthetics Educator License from the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology
• Well-rounded industry experience with strong technical, business, and customer service skills
• This position requires well developed soft skills, including but not limited to, positive and effective communication skills, creative problem solving, professional development skills, adaptability and teamwork.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
