Licensed Experienced Massage Therapist (LMT)

Holistique Healing Spa is hiring experienced, licensed massage therapists to join our rapidly growing wellness team.

We are looking for professional LMTs who are dependable, client-focused, skilled in multiple massage styles, and comfortable providing high-quality therapeutic bodywork in a clean, organized spa environment. An esthetician license is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy based on client needs.
• Perform therapeutic, relaxation, recovery, lymphatic, reflexology, sports, and area-focused sessions.
• Communicate clearly about pressure, focus areas, comfort, and expectations.
• Maintain professional boundaries, cleanliness, and client privacy.
• Follow spa procedures for timing, room setup, sanitation, and client handoff.
• Recommend appropriate services or add-ons when helpful.
• Work cooperatively with front desk and spa management.

Requirements

• Current Texas massage therapy license required.
• Prior professional massage experience required.
• Strong hands-on skills and good body mechanics.
• Professional communication and reliable attendance.
• Clean, respectful, client-centered attitude.
• Ability to follow spa policies and procedures.
• Must respect spa client relationships, confidential business information, booking records, and internal procedures.

Preferred Experience

• Swedish, Deep tissue, sports, myofascial, lymphatic, reflexology, prenatal/postnatal, and/or post-operative massage
• Cupping, Hot-stone, or TCM-inspired wellness bodywork
• Spa or wellness-center experience
• Esthetician license and facial experience

Pay: $36.00 - $70.00 per hour
