Job Summary
As a Licensed Facial Esthetician, you have a unique opportunity to rent a private treatment room and deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic services to built in client base as well as your own clients. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of facial treatments, including chemical peels, esthetic laser treatments, acne treatment, anti-aging services and advanced skincare services tailored to individual skin types and concerns
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and conduct product demos to promote retail sales
• Promote services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and build lasting relationships
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products based on client needs and preferences
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually elevate service quality
• Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client flow efficiently

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Facial Esthetician or Cosmetologist with specialization in skincare treatments
• Proven experience performing esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels and other facial aesthetic services
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clientele
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in esthetic procedures
• Experience in retail sales or product demos is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for educating clients is essential
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining attention to detail and client comfort
• Prior experience working in a private room rental or similar independent setting is advantageous
