Licensed Facial Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Facial Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments and personalized beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and well-being. Your expertise in facial therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other esthetic treatments will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel pampered and cared for. As a Licensed Facial Specialist, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend products, and ensure a high standard of sanitation and safety throughout all procedures. Duties

• Perform a variety of facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage to promote healthy skin
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
• Conduct body waxing services with precision and professionalism to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Apply eyelash extensions and makeup applications that enhance natural beauty while maintaining hygiene standards
• Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures to offer comprehensive beauty solutions
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and recommend retail products tailored to individual needs
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting treatment areas, and following health regulations at all times
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their goals and providing personalized recommendations for ongoing skincare or beauty treatments

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Facial Specialist or Esthetician in accordance with state licensing requirements
• Proven experience performing facial treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application
• Knowledge of esthetic laser treatment procedures and safety protocols
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
• Familiarity with sanitation practices in a spa or salon environment to ensure client safety at all times
• Ability to perform retail sales by educating clients about skincare products and upselling when appropriate
• Experience with deep tissue massage techniques is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and skincare recommendations to clients

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
