Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and consult with potential clients regarding final expense insurance options

• Educate clients on coverage plans, benefits, and payment structures

• Close sales using a proven script and high-converting leads

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Attend regular team meetings and ongoing training

• Follow compliance protocols and ethical sales standards

Requirements:

• Active Life Insurance License (State of Florida)

• Prior sales experience required - life insurance experience is not necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

• Reliable and punctual with a self-starter attitude

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Growth:

• Weekly base pay of $525

• Tiered commission structure:

• 0-10 policies/month = 100% of premium

• 11-20 policies/month = 125% of premium

• 21-30 policies/month = 150% of premium

• 31+ policies/month = 175% of premium

• Ongoing training and mentorship provided
