Triumph Capital Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant to support the CEO’s advisory practice.
This is not a generic administrative role. This position plays a critical role in client service, operations, account administration, and advisory support, working directly with firm leadership and high-net-worth client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services and a strong understanding of custodial workflows through Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or a comparable platform. This individual must be capable of managing client requests, operational processes, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Over time, the right candidate will take on increasing responsibility across core workflows and internal processes, with a clear path toward senior operations leadership within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support client service requests including account updates, transfers, and distributions
- Assist with account opening, ACATs, rollovers, RMDs, and money movement
- Execute and track workflows within Schwab Advisor Center or similar custodial platforms
- Monitor and resolve NIGO (Not In Good Order) paperwork issues
- Prepare client review meetings (data gathering, CRM updates, report preparation)
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Track and follow through on post-meeting action items
- Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of client and internal email communications with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism
- Draft and coordinate client correspondence on behalf of the advisor and ensure all communications are properly documented
In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this role will play a key part in helping to build, refine, and scale internal operational processes and infrastructure as the firm continues to grow.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or an advisory support role (RIA, broker-dealer, or wirehouse experience preferred)
- Experience working with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or a comparable custodial platform strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of core account workflows, including account opening, ACATs, rollovers, distributions, RMDs, and general account maintenance
- Strong familiarity with financial planning concepts, investment accounts, and basic tax considerations
- Licensing preferred: Series 7 and 66 (or 7 with 63/65), or CFP® designation.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities without sacrificing accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to independently track and complete tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional client correspondence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and experience working within CRM and advisory technology systems (e.g., Redtail, Black Diamond, RightCapital)
Pay: $75,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
