Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant

Triumph Capital Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Licensed Financial Advisor Assistant to support the CEO’s advisory practice.

This is not a generic administrative role. This position plays a critical role in client service, operations, account administration, and advisory support, working directly with firm leadership and high-net-worth client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services and a strong understanding of custodial workflows through Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or a comparable platform. This individual must be capable of managing client requests, operational processes, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Over time, the right candidate will take on increasing responsibility across core workflows and internal processes, with a clear path toward senior operations leadership within the firm.

This role is best suited for someone seeking to build a long-term career in wealth management operations, operate at a high level, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth and efficiency of a client-focused advisory practice.

  • Assist with account opening, ACATs, rollovers, RMDs, and money movement

  • Communicate professionally with clients, custodians, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of client and internal email communications with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Draft and coordinate client correspondence on behalf of the advisor and ensure all communications are properly documented

In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, this role will play a key part in helping to build, refine, and scale internal operational processes and infrastructure as the firm continues to grow.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or an advisory support role (RIA, broker-dealer, or wirehouse experience preferred)
  • Experience working with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, or a comparable custodial platform strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of core account workflows, including account opening, ACATs, rollovers, distributions, RMDs, and general account maintenance
  • Strong familiarity with financial planning concepts, investment accounts, and basic tax considerations
  • Licensing preferred: Series 7 and 66 (or 7 with 63/65), or CFP® designation.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through, with the ability to independently track and complete tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional client correspondence
