Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed forensic psychologist to join our highly skilled forensic team. This role focuses primarily on the assessment and treatment of individuals who have engaged in sexually abusive or problematic behaviors. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, comfortable working with high-risk populations, and committed to balancing accountability with effective therapeutic intervention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive forensic assessments and screenings to evaluate risk, needs, and responsivity factors
- Develop and implement offense-specific, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide group, individual, and family therapy to adult and adolescent clients
- Utilize validated risk assessment tools (e.g., dynamic and static measures) to inform treatment planning and progression
- Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress in accordance with clinical and legal standards
- Collaborate with probation officers, case managers, and other stakeholders to support a coordinated, multisystemic approach
- Participate in case staffing, consultation, and ongoing program development
- Maintain high-quality, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Caseload may include a small number of non-forensic clients, depending on program needs
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Forensic Psychology
- Current, active license in good standing (or license-eligible in Arizona)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with forensic or court-involved populations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience providing treatment to individuals with a history of sexually abusive behavior
- Strong working knowledge of cognitive-behavioral, relapse prevention, and motivational models
- Familiarity with Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) principles and offense-specific treatment approaches
- Experience with standardized risk assessment tools (e.g., Static-99R, STABLE, ACUTE, SOTIPS, MSI-II, Abel)
- Experience collaborating with criminal justice systems (probation, courts, etc.)
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
