Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of body treatments including exfoliation, massage, detoxification, and specialized therapies with precision and care.
• Provide expert consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products tailored to each guest’s needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations and spa protocols.
• Manage guest appointments efficiently using salon software such as Boulevard, ensuring smooth scheduling and record-keeping.
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance guest satisfaction and meet sales goals through effective communication and product demos.
• Stay informed about the latest esthetic trends, laser treatments, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and other advanced skincare techniques.
• Engage with guests at the front desk, ensuring excellent guest services, handling inquiries via social media management tools, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with social media management by sharing updates on treatments like eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing, and more to promote our services.
• Collaborate with team members on management tasks such as inventory control of skincare products and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Full Esthetician with specialization in body treatments.
• Proven experience in body waxing, deep tissue massage, body scrubs, or similar esthetic procedures within a med spa or salon environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting guest relationships.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices essential for esthetic services.
• Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a genuine focus on guest needs.

Pay: $27.00 - $32.52 per hour
