Situated in Northern Kentucky's second-largest city within the Greater Cincinnati Metropolitan area, our state-of-the-art facility offers an exceptional foundation for professional growth and success.

Our practice features an established patient base with over 10,000 patients of record, efficient scheduling systems, and a highly skilled support team positioned to facilitate seamless integration and immediate productivity for the right candidate. We are seeking a motivated dental professional with entrepreneurial aspirations who envisions long-term partnership opportunities and advancing their career within our organization.

Position Details:

· Type: Full-time Associate Dentist (Bread & Butter General and Cosmetic Dentistry)

· Location: Florence, KY

· Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Tuesday- Friday 8:00AM- 5:00 PM

· Payor Mix: PPO and Fee-For-Service

· Compensation Structure: Daily guarantee plus net Collections-based incentives

Qualifications:

· Valid Kentucky Dental License

· DEA license

· Successful completion of an accredited DMD/DDS program

· Demonstrated ability to produce $5,000 - $10,000 daily

· Commitment to our core values and practice philosophy

Comprehensive Benefits Package:

· $900 daily guarantee during the initial six months, or percentage of collections (whichever is greater)
