Position Summary
The role of the Account Manager is a highly mobile, client-facing position responsible for educating customers on the benefits offered by Empower Financial Group of America and enrolling them into appropriate coverage. This field-based position requires 100% travel to pre-scheduled locations and plays a critical role in client acquisition, education, and service delivery. Success in this role is driven by professionalism, communication, and consistent performance. Agents are rewarded with uncapped bonuses, travel per diem and incentive trips.
