During the peak ACA and Medicare enrollment seasons, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the plans they need most.
While your employment will be through one of our trusted staffing agency partners, you’ll work directly with the AHM team, serving clients across the nation.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients in selecting health insurance plans (ACA and Medicare) that best fit their needs.
  • Build trust with clients through clear, honest communication.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Document client interactions in line with company policies.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver exceptional service in every interaction.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand ongoing insurance needs.
  • Utilize sales and telemarketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:


What You Bring

  • Active Health Insurance License (required).
  • Current or willingness to obtain FFM and AHIP Certification.
  • Willingness to obtain licenses in multiple states (e.g., FL, MI, OH, SC, TN, TX).
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Availability to work full-time, including some weekends during enrollment.
  • Comfort with technology, including:
    • Windows 10 (or newer) or Mac OS 12.0 (or newer)
    • Minimum of 12GB RAM
    • 60 Mbps internet speed
    • Dual monitors
    • Webcam and headset with microphone
