Licensed Home Inspector

Here at Pillar to Post Home Inspectors- The Durham Team, our goal is to make the home inspection process easy and educational by using advanced technology to create personalized inspection reports and E.C.H.O (Ensure Confident Home Ownership).

This is a W-2 position.

Pay for this position is commission only, so your pay is determined by how many inspection you complete.

All required tools, uniform, additional training/C.E courses, and software subscriptions are provided by the employer, including company vehicle, gas money.

Job Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, access the roof by climbing a ladder, access crawl spaces, and climb into attics
Ability to work unsupervised
Some Saturday availbility is Required
Required to drive to various locations in and around the metroplex
Inspection locations include, but are not limited to Dallas, Mineral Wells, Decatur, and Mansfield. MUST be willing to drive to any location listed above on any work day.

Must have active T.R.E.C Home Inspector license or be willing to obtain one to be considered for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
