Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and a passion for helping individuals navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. This role involves working with diverse populations, including geriatrics and individuals on the autism spectrum, to provide therapeutic support and case management services.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical counseling through various therapeutic modalities, including motivational interviewing and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in hospital settings to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions, offering support for individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Manage case documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices and improve client outcomes.
• Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and connect them with appropriate resources.

Experience

• A valid LCSW license is required.
• Experience in all ages, clinical counseling, or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
• Proficiency in case management and familiarity with mental health counseling techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience working in hospital environments is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
