Licensed Insurance Agent

*Job Summary*

Our team is looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent with a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license, experience in customer service,* and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in both English and Spanish* is required.

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for growing our client base by assessing individual needs and providing tailored coverage options that ensure peace of mind for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive insurance sales through both in-person consultations and proactive telemarketing.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to policyholders, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
• Actively promote insurance products to expand the agency's market presence.
• Manage sales documentation and administrative tasks with high efficiency.
