Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent – ACA (Remote | Commission-Based)

Job Overview:
We are actively hiring Licensed Insurance Agents to sell ACA (Affordable Care Act) health plans. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with high-quality leads provided, allowing you to focus on enrolling clients and maximizing your earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting and enrolling in ACA health plans
- Explain coverage options, subsidies, and eligibility requirements
- Ensure accurate and compliant application submissions through the FFM platform
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Health Insurance License in at least 4 states
- Required licenses: FL, TX, NC, SC (must have all four)
- Additional priority states: MS, LA, OK, MI, OH, IL
- Must have active Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance
- Must have a valid FFM (Federally Facilitated Marketplace) Certification
- Strong knowledge of ACA plans and enrollment process preferred
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
Compensation:
Commission-based only
- Earn $16 to $20 per sale per member
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
