Licensed Insurance Agent (Bilingual) - North Hollywood

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized auto insurance quotes using our comparative rating system
• Sell a range of personal insurance products through a consultative approach
• Manage and follow up on a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and close additional product lines
• Maintain client relationships with a strong focus on service and retention
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve and exceed sales goals

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license (required)
• Prior experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong advantage
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
