Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Insurance Adjuster, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating insurance claims, ensuring fair and accurate settlements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough investigations of insurance claims by gathering relevant information, inspecting damaged properties, vehicles, reviewing medical files and interviewing involved parties.

Analyzing policy coverage and determining the extent of liability and applicable compensation.

Documenting all findings, including photographs, videos, and written reports, to support claim evaluations.

Collaborating with experts such as engineers, medical professionals, and legal advisors to assist in claim evaluations.

Negotiating settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders, adhering to industry guidelines and company policies.

Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries from policyholders, ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies to effectively handle claims.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Possess a valid Guam Insurance Adjusters

Proven experience as a Licensed Insurance Adjuster for at least 7 years+, demonstrating expertise in claim assessment, investigation, and negotiation.

Experience in multi-lines Adjusting such as Auto, Workers Compensation, Bodily Injury, Liability, personal and commercial property ect...

Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and regulations, including an understanding of property and casualty claims.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with policyholders, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

Detail-oriented approach with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong commitment to compliance, on-going training and growth

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for claim processing and documentation.
