Licensed Insurance CSR / Agent (Experienced)

Best One Insurance is a well-established independent insurance agency serving South Florida for more than 26 years. We represent many of the most competitive insurance carriers in the market and focus on delivering expert advice and outstanding service to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance CSR or Agent who is comfortable working in a busy independent agency environment and can handle client servicing and quoting with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Quote and service homeowners and personal lines insurance policies
• Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriting departments
• Assist clients with coverage questions and policy reviews
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
• Provide professional and efficient customer service in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of VERIFIED experience working in an insurance agency
• Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 insurance license
• Strong knowledge of Florida homeowners' insurance
• Experience quoting with multiple carriers preferred
• Commercial insurance knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
• Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized
• Ability to manage workload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
