Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent (1-2+ years exp)

In order to apply for this position, you must have an active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Agents License. You will assist policyholders in making the right insurance decisions for their personal situation. You will listen to their needs and make coverage recommendations and answer questions. Policyholders communicate with us over the phone, via email, and in-person.

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative in our Agency, your duties will include:

• Helping policyholders and potential policyholders with service for their insurance policies
• Listening to a policyholders' situation and making recommendations based on their individual needs
• No sales call

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License
• 1 year of prior experience working in an Insurance Agency
• Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
