We are seeking an Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our high-performance team. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional who thrives in a client-centered environment and is motivated to grow into leadership or commercial lines roles in the future. You'll play a critical role in servicing existing clients, supporting renewals, and ensuring every interaction builds lasting trust and satisfaction.

  • Hybrid remote schedule
  • First-year earnings of $60,000-$75,000 (base, commissions, and bonuses)

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with technology and agency management systems (e.g., EZLynx, Applied, AMS360)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional support
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately
  • Handle billing questions, payments, and account reconciliation
  • Support renewals by gathering updated client information and identifying coverage needs
  • Educate clients on policy benefits and identify cross-selling opportunities
