The Opportunity

We are looking for sales-driven professionals — more salesperson than advisor — who thrive in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment.

This role is 100% outbound sales, calling exclusively on internet leads we provide. The ideal candidate is aggressive, competitive, and motivated to exceed daily and monthly sales goals. We expect a high level of engagement, persistence, and professionalism in every interaction.

As part of the hiring process, you’ll participate in a group Zoom interview hosted by AgencyCPR. During this session:

  • You’ll meet our recruiting team and agency representatives.
  • You’ll have multiple opportunities to showcase your sales background and skills.
  • We’ll assess your energy, engagement, and ability to close.

Important: All interviews are recorded. Afterward, your individual portion will be edited into a short video of just you speaking directly to agency owners. This video will be published on AgencyCPR and viewed by Allstate agency owners nationwide.

That means one interview = exposure to many agencies across the country, maximizing your chances of landing the right opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct outbound calls to qualified internet leads (provided).
  • Educate prospects, generate quotes, and close sales.
  • Drive high levels of daily engagement and follow-up activity.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences while hitting sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably outbound or call center.
  • Strong closing skills and competitive drive.
  • Confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely.

  • Please describe your most recent Property and Casualty Insurance experience.
  • This position pays $20/hr. base. Upon hitting your minimum sales goals, you can expect to be making closer to $50k/yr. We have people doing this same job making $80k/yr and more. How hard are you willing to work to earn for yourself and your family?
  • We will supply you with an approved computer. You must supply two full screen monitors, Keyboard, Mouse with Wheel, and a headset. The Logitech H390 is around $25 and works perfectly. Do you agree to supply these prior to your start date?
