Licensed Insurance Producer

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs. This role requires strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Present and explain policy features, benefits, and costs clearly and effectively
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction
• Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately and efficiently
• Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Collaborate with underwriters, carriers, and internal team members

Qualifications:

• Active state-issued Insurance Producer License (required)
• 2+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, or life & health insurance
• Existing book of business (a plus)
• Bilingual abilities (a plus)
