Compensation: $98,000–$140,000 + Sign-On Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Program Manager to oversee program operations, staff supervision, and client care in an outpatient clinic setting. This position provides both program management and direct clinical services, ensuring quality outcomes and culturally sensitive care for diverse client populations.

The IBH Program Manager works closely with internal teams to deliver integrated care and represents the program with funders, community partners, and at professional events.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the IBH program.
  • Monitor quality metrics, contract compliance, and outcome data.
  • Supervise and evaluate clinical staff performance and caseloads.
  • Conduct chart audits and ensure Medi-Cal and clinical documentation standards.
  • Provide education/outreach about integrated behavioral health.
  • Represent program at funder meetings, associations, and conferences.
  • Assist with grant writing, reporting, and program development.

Direct Clinical Services

  • Deliver individual, group, and family counseling in outpatient settings.
  • Develop culturally relevant treatment plans and assessments.
  • Coordinate integrated care with medical and behavioral teams.
  • Participate in peer reviews, clinical audits, and QI processes.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Licensed LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist in California.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

Experience

  • 4+ years post-licensure in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, or Brief Therapy.
  • 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in DSM-V, evidence-based practices, and ethical standards.
  • Familiarity with IMPACT model of care and managed care preferred.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Proficiency with EHR systems.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese) desirable.
