LICENSED ISA Certified Tree Climber CONSULTANT

My municipality is now requiring ALL (local and national) tree services to have a Certified Tree Climber "ON STAFF". In other words as a 58 year old (retiring) tree service owner, the only way to keep my guys and myself working is to "hire" a certified tree climber until I can get one of my employees to pass the testing.
