Job Requirements

• Journeyman License (Required)
• Experience in Refrigeration (Tech Level 2)
• Minimum 8 years of experience (Tech Level 3)
• EPA Type II Certification (Preferred)
• Background check clearance (Required)

Experience & Skills
We are looking for qualified technicians who have a strong background in rack refrigeration systems. This includes experience with system design, installation, service, and maintenance of multi-compressor rack systems, along with troubleshooting complex refrigeration and HVAC systems.

For Tech Level 2

• Experience in Refrigeration
• Proficient in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial refrigeration units, including high-efficiency, multi-compressor systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and system manuals
• Experience with refrigerants, controls, and electrical systems common in commercial settings

For Tech Level 3

• At least 8 years of specialized experience working on rack refrigeration systems
• Expert knowledge of large-scale commercial refrigeration equipment, including design, setup, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to handle complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system optimization
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to support and train junior technicians

What You’ll Do

• Perform installation, service, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems, with an emphasis on rack refrigeration setups
• Troubleshoot and repair complex refrigeration issues, ensuring systems operate at peak performance
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
• Communicate effectively with customers and other team members about project status and technical issues
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and follow up on any ongoing or future issues

Schedule

• 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday
• Occasional overtime as needed

Required Skills & Certifications

• Journeyman License
• EPA Type II Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Oklahoma City, OK (Required)
