Position Overview

Mr. Rooter of DuPage County is seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our growing team in a leadership-focused, mentoring role. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and is passionate about developing the next generation of plumbers.

You’ll play a key role in training and mentoring team members, conducting on-site inspections, and helping build and strengthen our field team. If you're looking for a position where your expertise makes a lasting impact, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a licensed lead plumber on residential job sites
• Train and mentor apprentice and junior plumbers
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets code and company standards
• Provide leadership during sewer repair and residential service calls
• Help recruit, develop, and build a high-performing plumbing team
• Maintain strong customer communication and uphold company service standards

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Plumbing License
• Strong experience in residential plumbing and sewer repair

Salary

• $115,000

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
