Licensed Lash Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Artist (Part-Time) to join our team at Mianuna Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality lash services while ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience and a strong interest in growing within the beauty industry. We are open to further training in lash extensions for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and proper technique
• Perform lash lifts and brow laminations (Korean Lash Lift will be trained if you only know regular lash lifts)
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, following sanitation protocols
• Provide a great client experience from consultation to aftercare
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques

Experience

• Previous experience in lash extensions or related beauty services
• A valid esthetician or cosmetology license is required
• Experience in lash lifts and brow laminations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Willingness to learn and grow (additional training provided if needed)

Schedule

• Part-time
• Noon–evening shifts
• Weekend availability preferred

Pay

• Commission-based (depending on experience)
