What You'll Do

• Create customized beauty experiences tailored to each guest's goals and lifestyle
• Perform professional eyelash extension applications, fills, consultations, and aftercare education
• Provide brow services including brow tinting, brow lamination, and facial waxing
• Perform customized facial treatments and recommend appropriate skincare solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help guests feel confident, refreshed, and cared for
• Recommend retail products, memberships, and service upgrades that support guest results and overall beauty goals
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with state regulations and studio policies
• Build long-term relationships with guests through outstanding service and personalized recommendations
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing education, coaching, and advanced service training

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology License
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the beauty industry
• Ability to educate guests and recommend services and products confidently
• Availability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends
• A polished, professional appearance and strong work ethic

Training & Experience

Previous experience in lash extensions, brows, waxing, or facials is preferred but not required.

Candidates without lash extension experience must complete an approved lash certification course prior to employment. We are happy to recommend trusted training programs and provide ongoing mentorship as you build your clientele and expand your service offerings.

Compensation & Growth

Our stylists are compensated through a tiered commission structure based on experience, performance, service productivity, and stylist level.

As your skills, guest retention, and service volume grow, you'll have opportunities to advance through our stylist levels and increase your earning potential.
